Captain Yar Vasha
Commander of the Sharrow's Hold Constabulary .
Captain Vasha is a cheerful fellow, but anyone talking with him will soon get the idea that behind the pleasant manner, he is shrewd and could be ruthless if neccessary.
He is rumoured to have been recruited by Leonidas Sharrow personally, although it seems unlikely they both originate from the same place.
