Belmoon Dampfire
Belmoon Dampfire is the proprietor of Dampfire's Tavern . She is often seen drifting through the place on her way to or from her office, but only very rarely gets involved in day-to-day operations.
Belmoon is a Githzerai, and finds it useful to stick to that race's image of being ascetic and other-worldly. Although she is not the most approachable type of person, those who take the time to get to know her as a friend find her to be an honest, kind-hearted person. Even then, she can sometimes seem a little detached, although never hostile or aloof to her friends.
