Wisps
Peculiar, friendly, troublemaking.
A peculiar species of pure magic. Very little is known of them by the greater world. Sylven know much on these peculiar beings. They do not share their knowledge of Wisps very openly. Whatever Wisps are, their existence messes with all technology brought near them, often times causing problems. They are generally disallowed to exist within large settlements that have any sort of technology within them.
