History

Ravenholme was originally the birthplace of King Rhindhart. A leader uncomparable, Rhindhart grew an empire that spread and held claim to what is known today as Toan Highlands, Heros Roam, Pride Mountains, The Raven Expanse, Brightmoon and Everdawn. As any historian will tell you, that is one feat not many could have achieved. Rhindhart was a very intelligent creature, known for having an uncanny ability to know what is happening next. Anything in the way of Rhindhart was either swallowed into the empire of destroyed. Rhindhart made a mistake though, powerful entities were bargained with, Arch Fey, Arch Fiends, creatures full of promise and reward. As with many things it became too good to be true and the power clash was massive. Rhindhart had promised much for the power given, when payment couldn’t be met the Empire of Rhindhart found itself in fighting for its survival. The Fiends and Fey came to collect, violently. The Reckoning was fought for decades, forcing the empire to abandon itself and retreat to what is now known as Ravenholme. All that is left of the great empire is Ravenholme and the Expanse of Ravens. If not for the aid of the Azurite Dwarves and the building of the Ivory Wall the people of Rhindhart would have been wiped out
