Morgan Wade
Morgan Wade is an old sea captain. He once fought righteously on the rivers and seas of Clovis, expelling evil beings and guarding merchant ships and travelers on their water passages around the world. He swore the "Oath of the open seas" in his early years traveling the seas and live by it ever since.
Later in his life when he was fighting a great evil he was tricked into killing an innocent dragonborn, thinking it was evil. After this tragedy he reflected upon his life for a couple of months and grew closer to his god Njord. Slowly his righteous fury dwindled, making room for more personal friendships and an increased devotion to Njord. His focus shifted from hunting evil to protecting good, while still feeling the need for freedom and sailing.
After this tragedy he laid down his weapons and began focussing more on his physical body and his divine powers, which he mostly uses to boost his physical body. As the years flew by his body got stronger and stronger, and so did his will to protect the weak and innocent. Although he still kept a deep hatred against the evil that tricked him and the fact that he wasn't strong enough to see through the deception. In his weaker moments he despises himself for this and once he starts drinking this fuels his hatred and he cannot stop himself.
Nowadays he manages Wade's safe shipping. His main office resides in Gobekli Tepe, but he doesn't like to spend too much time there. He prefers sailing and meeting new people on the water. He would love to go on adventure sometime, and is willing to join the right group of adventurers that will fight for the right cause. He wonders if he will encounter evil again and if so maybe he will rekindle his old powers.
