Meteorite fragments

For thousands of years rumors have spread around Clovis about fragments of the meteorite having been infused with magic. Although the vast majority of fragments found have no magical power whatsoever rumors kept surfacing throughout the years. It is still unclear if the infusion happened before or after the impact and how long the magic will last. Whilst a single magical fragment doesn't hold world changing powers combining the fragments is rumored to potentially increase their potency exponentially. But the way to use or combine them is still unclear to the vast majority of the population of Clovis.   In more recent years it is rumored that the dwarves of Meadowcroft have found 1 of these fragments while delving deep into the mountain. It is unclear if any more have been found, although Spinal Illusion has been searching for fragments for years. In the hands of evil the fragments could potentially be a devastating weapon, but even in the hands of good willing souls it has to be seen what such power does to them.
