Kadin Blackhair was born into a family of mages, the young wizard was destined for greatness. From a young age, he showed a natural aptitude for magic. He grew up in Karakorum and always dreamt of joining fellow wizards and bettering the world. At the age of 16, he was accepted into the prestigious Spinel Illusion mages guild.

Random Conjuration. Kadin conjures up an inanimate random object up to 25 feet away from her. The object occupies a 10-feet square, its exact size and weight depends on Emeny's power and it could be anything from a mug at lower levels to a piano at higher levels. If the object is conjured in space occupied by another creature, the creature must make a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save the creature takes 27 (5d10) slashing damage as the object is shunted through the creature's body to the closest unoccupied space. On a successful save the creature takes half damage. The object might temporarily block paths or create difficult terrain in the space it occupies.
Baleful Transposition. Kadin can choose two spaces within 35 feet that are occupied by two Medium or smaller creatures. The creatures must make a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw if they are not willing to be teleported by Emeny. If both creatures fail the saving throw or are willing, they teleport swapping places. If either creature succeeds on its Wisdom save, the spell is negated.
Spellcasting. Kadin casts one of the following spells, using Intelligence as the spellcasting ability (spell save DC 13, +5 to hit with spell attacks):
At will: infestation, create bonfire, sword burst (scag)
4/day each: unseen servant, grease, floating disk, fog cloud
3/day each: sleet storm, tidal wave, galder's tower, web, cloud of daggers, dust devil
1/day each: dimension door, galder's speedy courier
