The Murder of Crow (The First and Only Book of the Westfold Adventures) is published and immediately a hit. Containing lurid tales of strange adventures in magical lands, the sought after sequel is never published

A lurid story, published anonymously, makes shockwaves throughout the literary world of Amilyn. Pertaining to tell the true story of The Crowfather's demise, it details the legend of a brave band of adventurers fighting across the continent, resolving ancient mysteries and finding themselves dragged into a series of increasingly unlikely events.   The book is banned in many cities, its somewhat sympathetic take on The Crowfather seen as an encouragement for the dark practices. A sequel, eagerly anticipated, never arrives however, and some believe the author was discovered and quietly disposed of.
