Discordia
Manifestation
There is little in manifestation for Discordia, for it is not a defining rule of the physical world, but rather a binding requirement of existence. The Harlequin must always win; Chaos must always reign supreme upon their arrival. Those who bind themselves in service to The Dancing Man must accept that the outcomes they receive are what they wanted, whether they agree with this or not.
Localization
The effects of Discordia appear to cover the entirety of the Clock. Nowhere is free of The Jester's success, nowhere can claim victory in the wake of Chaos.
