City of Dreamers
The Lemurians wanted an efficient way to collect human energy, consolidate it and use it to build a glorious kingdom in the astral world. The City of Dreamers is what they built to accomplish their goal. Human souls are lured by the billions to the city. They engage in experiences they think are dreams, however what they call dreams are memories of their soul's experiences from their time in the City of Dreamers.
