When casting, choose Ally or Enemy.

Allies within a 20-foot radius gain advantage on their first attack roll for the duration of the spell.

Enemies within a 20-foot radius must make a Wisdom saving throw against your spell DC. A failed save bestows disadvantage on the first attack roll for the duration. Affected enemies do not lose disadvantage by leaving the affected area. Affected enemies may use their bonus action each round to reattempt the Wisdom save.
