With the foundations laid by the Karsara Sisters and the Brezi Imperator, the basis of an overarching galactic government is codified and agreed-upon. The Serene Conclave - the ruling council of Serenity Space - is founded. Elections are promptly held.
Stasius Marinus Lorari - a Brezian rebel leader - wins the right to represent his people as the first Brezi Councillor, with 52% of the vote.
Ba'nni Tasashi - head of the Serenity Trade Union - takes her place as the first Vi'dami Councillor after a colossal majority of 93%.
