Political event

Peace talks are held between the Vi'dam-Brezi alliance and a battered, broken Empire of Elekat. Under the resulting treaty - the Concorda Luxus - all Elekati systems are transferred to the newly formed Brezian Empire. In exchange for this, the Triarchy of Vi'dam rapidly constructs a series of BRGs to the distant system of Ora, allowing the Elekati remnant to relocate on the condition that they never move back the way they came.
