Techniques

While serving mostly to change how certain attacks may work or add additional benfits to an attack they may also work extant from base attacks and serve as their own action entierly. They must be learned from a master but once acquired they can be employed as long as their requirements and costs are met.
Not all Techniques are created equal and some may be acquired from multiple sources. While most effect melee attacks and focus on the abilities of the martial classes there are rare exceptions to this. Techniques are cross-class and can be learned by any character even if the character lacks the requirement for employing the technique.
