Pariah's Parade
Structure
The heirarchy of Pariah's Parade is haphazard at best, lacking in any real or formal rankings or superior expectations. Most disagreements are solved with some form of violence whether it be blood sport or open combat. The closest the group achives towards organization is their 'cut count'. A measure of how many creatures they have killed. These are often in the form of scarrification or sometimes even branding. Their leader "Killer K" maintains their dominant hold over the group, not only by having the highest cut count, but also by openly challenging any opposition. Killer K has a habit of taking 'trophies' from those who lose to him, often in the form of eyes, ears, or fingers. Many former opposers among their ranks wear the garish and unsightly scars of a resulting loss against Killer K.
Culture
The ways of the Pariah's Parade are a violent and well-storied subject due to their quite recent formation. They act mostly with terror as intent and rely on intimidation for what sway they have. The members rely on a warrior culture, a mix of glorifying violence and 'cuts' as well as falling under the strongest individual out of a volitile mixture of fear and respect. The Parade harbors many individuals unfit for common society, many being criminals or vagabonds in their own right. Due to the lack of organization most of the members of the group act as free agents with the backing of the rest of the parade as insurance for their actions. While the group does not have a set share rate or percentage of expected donation to the functioning of the troupe, each member acccrues debt in the form of dues from Killer K themselves. These dues can vary wildly from person to person and can often include miscelanious or even innoculous fees. This practice insures that most, if not all, members of the troupe are indebted to Killer K and are often personally and often legally at the whim of Killer K. For this reason, very few end up leaving the troupe and even fewer are able to leave peacefully.
Public Agenda
The Pariah's Parade offers services most other troupes would not take on account of their dubious moral grounding or their inherent danger. Dangerous jobs are often accomplished by throwing as many able bodies as possible into it while other, less agreeable tasks, often end in some sort of extortion of the contractee. While most sensible people would avoid the employ of such a group, the parade often offers an inital price lower than all their competitors and often attract the employ of organized crime or those working under the discipline of discretion. They are known for whispers of their involvement in murders, interrogation/torture, body disposal, theft, intimidation, vandalism, arson, sabotage, monster capture, substance trade, and rioting.
