New Spirefell
While not the greatest place for a settlement due to the harsh ice storms that batter the area, this town was necitated by a major archeological discovery. Way across the eastern sea, a section of the Spirefell Spire of legend from which the founding city is named finds itself impacted into the icy soil. This massive obelisk of strange stone speaks to the massive nature of the Spire and also provides added proof to the oral history of the Spirefell Legend. The settlement houses dedicated researchers who have made their life's work studying the mystery of the Old World.
