Structure
The structure of the Crimson Rose mirrors the standard Mercinary organization, being composed of common members, officers, and their leader. There are few degrees of seperation from their head of operations which makes this group tight knit.
Culture
The Crimson Rose adhere's to the idea of honor to a fault. It is said among them that combat without honor is simply playing at fiends and animals. With this sense of honor comes an unwavering obediance to both code and kin, and each memeber of the troupe will go to great lengths to prove their loyalty.
Public Agenda
As the leader of the Crimson Rose, Kasem leads the mercenary troupe in its current direction. The Crimson Rose are harbingers of order and actively seek out jobs such as bounty hunting, protest quelling, area clearing, and general support of local guard including weapons requisitions and training. As of late, they have earned quite the reputation for bounty hunting. The Crimson Rose have a respectable reputation but are also known to be unempathetic towards bystanders and tend to view civilians in low regard.
Assets
The Crimson rose has several headquarters and outposts across all of Cinder's Hope and are recognisable by their banner adorned with their namesake. Devotees of the Crimson Rose are also trained and taught the finer points or armor maintainance and often emboss their armors and weapons with peronalized words and symbols. You can often tell a crimson rose maintained a set of armor for how it continues to gleam when soiled by mud and visera.

As the oldest surviving mercinary troupe, the Crimson Rose can be found involved in many stories and major events that include conflict.
