Astral Plane

Scholars of the Astral plane are often called 'Dreamers' as it is said your mind wanders to the formlessness of the astral plane when your body is asleep. To our understanding, the Astralverse is less of a descrete plane and more of an intersticial web of raw potential grounded and growing forth from the Terminal Mundus, or the Mortal Plane. While wandering thoughts can give form to the Astral temporatily, it exists natively as a constant state of flux, only defined by the will of the observer. In this way, other realms such as the Avernal Realms and the Celestial Plane are created by the raw will of the Deities which inhabit them, made more concrete with mortal worship and residence. While it is theorised that mortals may one day reside, both physically and consiously within the astral realm, it has yet to be proven.   The Astral plane is neither hostile nor helpful but can be used by those with a creative mind and a penchant for the arcane arts.
