Vilaxis the Swift
Vilaxis is a dragonborn bartender and the pride and joy of Karrigan's, a brew-pub in Greenport known for cheap, good food and even better drinks courtesy of the dragonkin behind the bar. He's a tall, slender draconic man with silvery scales, a pointed muzzle and sharp black eyes, his long and curved-back horns decorated with gold rings. He talks little and moves quickly, but he can make just about any drink under the sun.
It can be difficult to get him to talk, but Vilaxis is well-traveled and has heard many, many a story from his place behind the bar. He's been known to be coaxed into talking with a good tip.
