The Di Spaur
The Di Spaur is a recurring anomaly that can occur every couple of years when the moons orbits become aligned for a couple of days. This causes area's where the boundary between worlds are thin to be visible to anyone who enters such areas. This causes people to see creatures and sometimes people from the other side. While not dangerous most times it is possible for rifts to form in very thin areas that could cause people to fall into other realms. Even for some of the beings to end up here.
There is even tale of a person who entered the other side only to return years later when the event occurred again. They were changed from the experience and carried relic and items they procured from the other side. They even sported unique abilities that they gained from exposure to unique magics of the realm. They chose to return through the event when it occurred once more this time never returning as they felt more at home there than in our realm.
Manifestation
It mostly can be seen as faded figures or creatures, becoming more visible the closer you get to the core of the anomaly. Landmass and objects also begin to become visible the closer you get to the core.
Small cracks can appear floating in the middle of the air that acts as a rift to the other side. Touching it or getting to close will cause it to pull you in leaving you stranded in another realm with no easy way to get back if it ends up sealing it's self when the anomaly fades.
Localization
It can occur near some leylines and anywhere that the barrier between realms has been weakened.
