Primal Magic
Primal magic is focused on enhancing and effecting the self. It deals with manipulating eternal energy in different results. The most common ways are increasing physical capability or improving healing in self. It can also be used to create constructs around one's limbs as long as it stays close to the body. Some trained shamans can even summon forth their primal spirits to aid in battle, but this is more on the pact rather than the magic its self.
Another thing possible is shifting, The ability to alter one's form to become similar to one's primal spirit.
