Memory Magic

What is known is that this magic can manipulate ones memories to the point of reshaping an individual by simply changing a moment in their past. This power can also be used to see the memories of others to gain knowledge that can be useful to them. Only one person can ever truly use the true power of memory magic as they will have to be the sin bound known as the mindless one.[/ltr]
