    The city of Eziell is recognized for its deep-water harbor and access to the Fieren region and begins to attract numerous mercantile vessels looking to trade on the Feiereni natural resources.

    Massive thorned vines sprout out of the underbrush surrounding the city, climbing and enveloping the curtain wall and watch towers, blocking the gate and all land access to the city.

    The last of the merchant vessels leaves Eziell, never to return. The city becomes known as the Port of Thorns.
