The Dragonkins of Enaskia
Enaskia is though that it once had a larger population of Dragonkin Shapeshifters than on the continent of Osian. However, that orginal population has since been largely transformed into a diaspora, spread out across the planet in pockets of population on most other nearby continents.
Culture
Major language groups and dialects
The dragonkin population in their new homes was very small, and while in some cases, they managed to retain their cultural indentity, many groups eventualy got assimilated into the larger dominant local population, and that includes their various languages.
Culture and cultural heritage
While they may have lost their language, many groups retained other cultural markers, such as religion, scripts, and even certain garments. These things helps them keep a link with their roots, and remember were they came from. However, it can also cause tension with the local population, and lead to them still being perceived as outsiders, despite successive generations being born and raised in the region for centuries.
Common Customs, traditions and rituals
Some groups of Dragonkins, most notably in Tomboraan and the Vechor Islands, have had a great influence on their host lands. The kingdom of Tomboraan converted to Choranism, in large part thanks to the arrival of Dragonkin in the country. Likewise, the language, food and even attire of the Vechor island's inhabitants is directly inspired and influenced by the arrival of the Dragonkins from the City of Lylos, who even completly assimilated with the original population.

Vechor Islands
The current majority Dragonkin population of the Vechor Islands is the result of a sizable wave of refugies that came from the City of Lylos around the year 1000bc, which by way of Etherial Proliferation, went from a small group of refugies, to the dominant force on the island in the matter of a few centuries.Kingdom of Tombaraan
The Dragonkins of the Kingdom of Tomboraan came from northern Enaskia, specificaly, the Salsian highland. While they aren't as dominating in this region as they are in the Vechor Islands, they do have one of the largest Dragonkin population outside of Osian.Continent of Samyria
While the Dragonkin population of Samyria has alway been small, the arrival of the diaspora from Enaskia, mainly from th Nharish highlands in the first half of the Second Age helped solidify trends that were already developing in the region's culture, most notably, the prevalence of Magocracies in that region of the world.Kingdom of Nan-Tao
Finaly, perhaps the country with a population of Dragonkin that is larger than all others combine, the Kingdom of Nan-Tao, also received many waves of Enaskian dragonkins during the Second Age. Thankfuly for those refugies, the kingdom was more than pleased to receive them, as dragons and dragon-like beings, are considered to be holy beings in the country's religion. While some tension did occur between the refugies and the native born dragonkin, these have long since been resolved.

History
From the early years of the Second Age, and until the year 1000, numerous successive waves of Dragonkin left the continent, each numbering from a few dozens to a couple thousands. This was due to two factors: relentless percecution, and then, the promise of a better home someplace else, which came from the people that had left before them.
This culminated in the year 1024, with the destruction of Drekys, a mid-size town in eastern Syrkania that was home to the last remaining significant dragonkin population of the continent after the population in Lylos fled to the Vechor islands around a century earlier.
While some scholars have estimated that a few hundred to a few thousands dragonkin individuals still live in Enaskia, mainly in the Salsian highlands, and the Kingdom of Kherokomia, it is but a tiny fraction of the much larger population the continent used to have 2000 years ago.
