Priscus
A Priscus, or the Prisci (plural), is the title given to an informal leader of his or her clan within a city. Some clans in a city may have a Priscus and others may not. The Prisci may or may not also sit on the city's Primogen; as the title is an informal one, the Prince and Primogen are not officially obligated to acknowledge it (though it would be foolish not to).
