Freedom's Consilium

Freedom's Consilium was created to maintain peace among the increasing number of Mages in the city of Boston. The current Hierarch, Stephen Tran, has established that Boston cabals be free to do as they please within the city. Only stepping in if the Lex Magica needs to be enforced.

The Precept of Secrecy - Serious offense to speak of magic to the unenlightened or to openly practice magic in front of Sleeper witnesses.
The Precept of Protectorate -Prohibits cabals from trespassing in, spying on, or attacking another cabal's sanctum.
The Precept of Hubris - Frowns upon using magic to manipulate or harm others without good reason.
The Precept of War - Disputes between mages and cabals are encouraged to be resolved via Duel Arcane, instead of magical warfare.
