Emotionless and cold

Being born from ruthless abandon in the pursuit of Science and technology, there is nothing that shifts the deep emotions. well almost nothing, a creeping smile often plasters on their face to fake appearance or when they get to test one of their new inventions. But don't let the lack of emotion on their face fool you, their emotions can come to a boil and often burst out overflowing, moon elves don't feel sad they would feel despondent, or they would not feel happy, they would feel ecstatic. Not that moon elves only feel extreme emotions their emotions show when they could no longer bottle it up. Logical and structured Being born into straight schooling by their communities, there are no family ties that hold down the possible research abilities of the individual. they only think through logical means and often follow an internal hierarchy of needs that they set for themselves. Each moon elf takes actions that follow this internal hierarchy, often times leading them to take actions that would be considered immoral to others.  

The Everlife

Finding ways to keep their lives eternally moving forwards, the moon elves go through a prosses of Cycling as their spirits are shifted into a new body, this is to keep their population under control and only productive members of their society are allowed to be reborn. Cycling is an odd mixture of magic and some science that the moon elves developed, keeping its process secret from the rest of the world, however, Cycling is not an end-all-be-all answer, as it is a magical prosses that takes days to complete. Moon elves that die due to natural causes or even fatal blows will not be cycled. Cycling also causes DMS (Distant memory syndrome) memories of your old life tend to flood back at random ages. but there are also individuals who cycle with perfect memories of their past life. but they are less and less common.  

White as the moons

The Skin complexion and hair of moon elves often mimic the color of the moon when they were Cycled, Mostly white like snow, they have gentle features that mimic High Elves in their structure and features. In some cases however some moon elves have taken a blueish, Redish, and yellowish complexion. as they were born under special moons, giving them a clear glow. how ever there are some superstitions that surround the colored moon elves, such as luck, even stronger intelligence, or magical acumens.  

Moon elves Names

Moon elves' names are often taken from the individual who had cycled into the body. but when Moon elves are reproduced naturally. they are given the name of one of the most achieved research of either of the parents.  

Moon elves Traits

Being a moon elf tends to have its own advantages, but their efficient lifestyle
Ability score Increase. Your dexterity score increases by 2
Age. Moon elves are considered to be of working age at the age of 10 the age at the same rate as humans. they stop aging physically at the age of 25 but mental deterioration starts at the age of 50, often they last up to 100 years before needing to be cycled into their next life.
Alignment. Moon elves take actions they believe are right as long as it relates to their internal hierarchy, Often considered to be true neutral some would argue that they are technically Evil in nature. how ever it tends to be a matter of semantics.
Size. Moon elves often hit up to 5-6 feet tall, and they are considered to be medium creatures.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Darkvision. being used to studying in a low-light environment. you can see in dim light within 60 feet as bright light, however, it is seen in shades of gray.
Arcane Acumen. You gain proficiency in arcana.
Moonlight energy. Requiring less rest at night their meditation only last 2 hours rather than 3, but during the day it takes an extra hour to gain a rest
