Order of the First Saint
The Order of The First Saint is a holy order devoted to Elmyra, the first saint of Balnenet.
The order is currently in the possession of Balnenet's original set of green dragon leather armor, and the documents detailing the ritual used by dragons to create dragonborn.
They are searching for a dragonborn who is worthy of using the armor once more, and of another who is capable of drawing out the latent divine energy they have detected in the documents.
