Origins
While the Tritons rule the oceans, Shaold created the Locathah in order to further extend her reach to the freshwater seas. They often act to give information to the Tritons and to help in the spread of Shaold's worship.
Regions
The Locathah can be found in many freshwater lakes and rivers, though notably, not those north of the Wall of Walking Frost. They are most plentiful in Scalebright Lake.
