Infernal Eye Network
Somehow, I have stumbled on potentially one of the most divisive subjects I have ever covered in my research on Chardovil: The Infernal Eye Network. Now, if only these two would stop arguing long enough to write it all down. - The Author
The Infernal Eye Network, often shortened to simply "The Network" by both its members and outsiders, is a controversial and opaque organization, known for both its philanthropic members and said members' cult-like devotion to their patron deity, the Infernal Eye.
Depending on who you ask, the Network is either a charitable guild of mercenaries that worship an uncommon deity1, or the world's most comprehensive web of assassins and spies, brainwashed and beholden to no one save their eldritch overlord.2
Question: Introduce yourself, and state why you have a vested interest in the Network.

I've been blessed with the honor of serving at the Lord Sentinel of The Infernal Eye Network for the past three decades. I don't just serve the Infernal Eye in its All-Seeing Wisdom, I am the bridge between the Infernal Eye and all of our members, from our newest Initiates to our best and brightest Agents.
As Lord Sentinel, I do not just take commands from the Infernal Eye and relay those down our command chain. I also receive input our Agents provide to our Ambassadors and High Councillors and pass relevant concerns along to the Infernal Eye.

I've been investigating allegations against the Infernal Eye Network for ten years, trying to break through the layers of curated public statements the organization is soaked in, and uncover what is really going on behind closed doors.
My largest concern is the abundance of Soul-Slivered and Voidwalkers among their ranks, specifically how nearly every Network Agent is a Voidwalker. The Embassy Ambassadors claim this is because Voidwalkers particularly excel within their organization, but that does not explain the substantial absence of Voidwalkers within the general population.

Question: Who are the members of the Infernal Eye Network?

Our members come from all origins and backgrounds. Unlike the other guilds, we do not require a membership fee, nor do we have a prohibitively extensive interview process; anyone can approach our representatives in any embassy and pledge themselves to our cause.
Of course, we do vet and background check all of our members to ensure unscrupulous actors do not infiltrate our ranks, but once we ensure they will not harm our clients or other members, they are inducted into the Network and can begin paid work immediately. Our detractors would claim the speed at which we can induct new members is a flaw in our process, however our members, who may want for work and coin right that instant, continue to disagree with that absurd sentiment.

Research into the Network's members has proven difficult, but not impossible. High-profile members such as the Lord Nadyra Yvrey provide a place to start with untangling the web of obfuscation the Network weaves around its members. While what Tinath claims is true, their members do come from a variety of backgrounds, I believe he obscures the important detail that none of their leadership are public figures with information readily available about them, and Tinath is the first Lord Sentinel with any public information.
Further investigation into their ranks shows that all of their current, public Agents are either Soul-Slivered or Voidwalkers, and Agents such as Lord Yvrey were neither Soul-Slivered nor Voidwalkers upon induction into the Network.
