Hruunchash City Guard

The City Guard is Hruunchah's primary peacekeeping force, maintained by the pooled resources of the city's temples like all other state-sponsored initiatives in the city. It follows the same command structure as Chak Hruun's army, with officers sharing the same authority as their military counterparts. Guard General Seer Karaa is the current head of the force and is supported by four Lieutenants who oversee Transport, Commerce, Residents, and Religion & Government. Ranked below the Lieutenants, there is also a Guard Captain overseeing each of the city's districts who commands a number of squads of detectives and officers, each overseen by a Sergeant.   While Seer Karaa is generally seen as a competent and effective Guard General, the quality of policing in the city varies by area. Chavash Security Inc.

Chavash Security Inc. is the largest private security firm in the city. Founded by three ex-navy orcs from Gorokir, Chavash Security guards can be found everywhere from high-end shops, to wealthy homes, to top secret labs. They are renowned for their skill, complete discretion and high price point - but you can't put a price tag on safety, can you?   Chavash Security Inc. Red Claws

The Red Claws are a criminal organisation operating out of an unknown subterranean location in Hruunchash. Their leader is known only as Scarlet, but is rumoured to be a vicious and ambitious Tabaxi who has consolidated numerous other criminal enterprises under their leadership. The Claws are involved in a number of activities for profit, including smuggling, theft, drug trade, arms dealing and, on occasion, assassination.   It is rumoured that they have agents on the inside of the PanChak Rail Network - the rail network operated out of Hruunchash Orbital Air & Rail Port.   Red Claw Thief: Resistance 6; Difficulty 2; Steel Claws D4, Brutal, Concealable Red Claw Elite: Resistance 10; Difficulty 2; Sniper Rifle D8, Accurate, Extreme Range; Curved Dagger D4, Concealable, Masterpiece  

The Kraal

The Kraal is a fleet of pirate airships under the command of Captain Darkon Kraal, a Dragonborn swashbuckler from Vrast Peak. His lieutenants are all Dragonborn loyalists from his first crew that flew Radark's Wing, the fleet's flagship. The fleet engages in acts of theft and smuggling, but fight with their targets when provoked. Those who have seen Darkon Kraal up close have reported hearing him and his crew discuss a larger plan that has something to do with their drive to amass wealth.
