Humans
Humans are all over Isan but their original home is northeastern Doriaa, with many living on the now floating islands of Paradigm Archipelago. They are allies with the Kanids and some Free Trogite settlements like Geko Town and Toad Village. Humans are responsible for many of the biggest tech innovations of the last century, such as robotics and computers, outside of Selene in the south who developed many common inventions such as airships, indoor lighting, and a world currency known as Sil.
Gold Meadow Tech in Steel City has a monopoly on high technology, having put the earlier innovation of the Lumadescent circuit to use in computers, robots, weapons, and artificial intelligence known as Qwarzytes. Nothing bad has ever come of making cyborgs or robots with a sense of self!
Eastern Doriaani people and The Izin have a long history together and share a lot of cultural touchstones because of the proximity of the Breadmancer’s College. Many mixed Izin and Human families exist in that region, and there is a LOT of variety (arguing) about recipes, ingredients, and cooking methods.
