Like most other buildings in this block, it is built of relatively fire-safe construction, being of brick and mortar, with a 6:12 pitch tile roof. It has two floors to the building (no dormers and unclear if the attic space is being used). It is home to a pawn shop, owned by Chester Inagaroth. He also provides some short-term loans (although at exorbitant rates and usually requires some sort of assets (in advance) to back up the value of the loan.
