Litoria
Structure
Litoria is led by a king who is the primary mercantile and naval leader. This king nominates ten advisors, each of whom administrates one area of national interest. Each advisor has a home city in which they reside and look out for the interests of. National decisions are made by a vote of the advisors, with the king having veto power over any non-unanimous decision. When the king dies or abdicates, the highest ranking advisor able to, except the Military advisor, takes power until a higher ranking advisor is able or nonexistent.
