Tax income supplies their needs for equipment, weapons and other fortifications they need in order to protect the Emperor. Manly recruitment comes from bunny humans. But from time to time they recruit women of other races. particularly Humans, cus the next oracle is elected by the previous one, and it has to be a human as long as the Emperor is human.

Political Influence & Intrigue

the Order of the Valkyries is the only order with influence to confirm the bolt of reign and the only organization allowed to crown next ruler. But they can't enforce the will of the Emperor, that is the responsibility of the Noble houses.
