3rd to 4th of Anarire 1545

 Construction has started on the side of the building. Their goal is to have the ground floor construction finished by the 21st of Anarire. Then they will start on the barracks for the second floor.

5th of Anarire 1545

 At long last the town of Shoufal has returned to normal. Being out at night is strongly discouraged as it was before the lottery and those rules were relaxed during the festival. Many people came to ask about pricing but no jobs were requested at this time. Hopefully with the city returning to normal this will change soon.

6th of Anarire 1545

 Selene had a bad day and Mistress Everhand herself had to come to try and help sooth the child. Aside from that there is nothing to report.

7th of Anarire 1545

 This morning we received a message from Master Jamal about a mission request for Idorii, Azaz and Khelru with one another. After discussing it with Date Palm, Oshwyt and Worm, it is decided Date Palm would go. Selene is upset by this but is easily soothed by Date Palm. Instructions for her care are arranged, as well as check in from Mistress Everhand from the Halls of Blessed Rebirth.

They leave by noon after getting everything ready.

8th of Anarire 1545

 The financial in and output of the guild has been taken into consideration.

50 gold spent on food.

107 gold spent salary for employees.

The pay for the leaders while out has been put to the side for them for later. The same for those sent out to Aris.

9th of Anarire 1545

 The Four Lanterns have taken to working at night, developing a relationship with the fighting pit. Currently, they have Dame Uvory and Brother Kuroom fighting in the pit, with the goal of getting enough attention to be able to join the training circle for the pit. Bonsen and Ustrad instead have been working the crowd angle instead to build up repour.

10th of Anarire 1545

 The areas of the guild with hirelings has been working hard. They have achieved the following:

Arcane Study: Made 1 arcane focus for 10 gold which sold.

Library: They found three things for the ritual - The phase of the moon has an impact on the ritual. The full implies the blessing of the moon. The new moon implies going against the moon or operating for her betterment even if she doesn't see it.

Smithy: Working on a suit of armour, 1/3 weeks done.

Storeroom: Turned over 100 gold in profit.

For now these are kept for the respected leader as it is unclear if it is general guild profit or for that leader.

11th of Anarire 1545

 The young Selene has had a bad day. An emergency run to the Hall of Blessed Rebirth to get Mistress Everhand who has decided until Date Palm returns, the child will remain there to best try and support her on bad days without fearing for the state of the guild while it is in repair while we have so many workers here.

12th of Anarire 1545

A strange child named Raillath arrived today looking for Ana. He spoke with his hands and yet I could understand him. It was most strange. Apparently he is here to help someone that Ana had sent help for. We're waiting for our next instance of contact from Jamal or Margaret to notify the group of this. He will come by each day to check in. When asking about his parents, he smiled and reassured the guild that his Mother knew where he was and would be checking in from time to time until he was able to assess the situation, whatever that means.

13th of Anarire 1545

Raillath checked in again today and seems he would check in at the start and end of each day. I have spoken to Mistress Everhand since I am worried about this child being so alone. She will be waiting here tomorrow to meet him.

14th of Anarire 1545

This morning Mistress Everhand spoke with Raillath. They seemed to have a very indepth conversation. Not a lot was learned, but Mistress Everhand is confident we need not worry ourselves with the child's safety, though she does have him checking in with her guild at lunch every day. Bonson reported communication with Jamal today. They are still building up a relationship with the pit to ensure their information is genuine.

15th of Anarire 1545

 This morning one of the merchant lords came to the guild to request help. Some vegetation has taken over some of the farm lands to South in Al-Majd and has requested help in dealing with this. The Four Lanterns have been tasked with this activity and will leave at lunch to take care of this matter.

16th of Anarire 1545

17th of Anarire 1545

 Late in the day, Khelru, Azaz, Idorii and Date Palm arrive back at the guild. Date Palm immediately left to go the Temple of Neira to find Selena. 500 gold was brought back as payment for this mission. 100 gold was taken for the guild, and each member got 100 gold split.

18th of Anarire 1545

 Date Palm came by today to check in about what duties he has, he will be spending a few days at the temple with Neira with Mistress Everhand and Selena.

 Arcane Study: Made 1 arcane focus for 10 gold which sold.

Library: They found three things for the ritual - There is no evidence that anymore then one champion of the moon can be active at one time. Those who seek guidance on a failed ritual with receive a sign to discourage reattempting until it is allowed to continue. Only those who are not dedicated to the moon will not receive these signs though the moon will send it through someone who is dedicated.

Smithy: Working on a suit of armour, 2/3 weeks done.

Storeroom: Turned over 100 gold in profit. 

19th of Anarire 1545

A local smith by the name of Dalun from Hearthstone Anvilworks came by. He's missing an apprentice who had gone to get some material a few hours hike out of the city. He was meant to be back last night and hasn't returned. Initially they asked for Ubek, but upon hearing Ubek was out, was willing to hire the guild to look for him if we had a somewhat good tracker. Idorii and Oshwyt have good Survival skills. Idorii is especially well known for her tracking abilities. Oshwyt will go to support her and safety in numbers in the desert. They will leave as soon as they have supplies.

Dalun paid 50 gold for Idorii, Oshwyt and the guild up front. 150 gold in total.

20th of Anarire 1545

Idorii and Oshwyt return and turn in their report. Idorii either needs a workshop in report writing. Next time if the same pair is sent out, Oshwyt will be assigned report writer.

21th of Anarire 1545

Uvory, Ustrad, Kurrom and Bonsen returned today to Shoufal but were still on mission. Given a concern with the noble who had hired the guild might be behind this, I recommended they speak with Mistress Everhand to ensure we are being lawful and not making an unjust enemy while the guild is so young.

The ground floor construction is finished and they have began the second floor. The hirelings will take further advantage of this when they have finished current works.

22nd of Anarire 1545

 Meeting with Uvory, Ustrad, Kurrom and Bonsen, we receive word that the meeting with the Sultana on the 24th. We make a plan to arrange information they found and do further investigation local in a subtle way to try and build a stronger case for the Sultana.

23rd of Anarire 1545

Raillath came by today and poked around, somehow managing to complain loudly about the wait for Ana without saying a word.

24th of Anarire 1545

25th of Anarire 1545

Brother Kuroom warns of possible retaliation from the noble who hired us that has been arrested. We will ensure to be aware and alert for danger. We were hoping the Al-Majd mission was finished, but they are been wrapped up in preparation for trail by the command of Sultana herself that will start on the 1st of Desimir.

26th of Anarire 1545

The areas of the guild with hirelings has been working hard. Projects will pause for a few days to allow for some rest and resume on the 1st of Desimir when the construction has finished as new hirelings might be required. They have achieved the following:

Arcane Study: Made 1 arcane focus for 10 gold which sold.

Library: Turning research to Tephu library - There are signs it is run by the Vorynn temples and was connected to the one here in the necropolis. There were many layers to the library that required people to work through in a set order.

Smithy: Working on a suit of armour, 3/3 weeks done. Armour made.

Storeroom: Turned over 100 gold in profit.

Brother Kuroom reported Dame Uvory's disappearance today. We pulled everyone available to help search for her. This is not good news and we suspect it is connected to the case against the noble the Sultana has had them build.

27th of Anarire 1545

The search continues, though we're sent a package which inside had a foot with a tattoo of a strange symbol on it. Bonsen confirms this is Uvory's foot. They take the package to the Khirdai priests as evidence and the priests start raiding the houses and businesses connected to the Lord they have imprisoned. So far, no luck. 

28th of Anarire 1545

Bonsen has recruited several of the guild members to help him with the search for Uvory, but after a conversation agreed to leave a good size of the force here in case the guild was attacked or something else were to happen in the meantime.
