Meow / Pow
The being known as both "Meow" and "Pow" is an enigmatic changeling. Unlike most changelings, this person has shown the ability to literally be in two places at once, and can split their form with unknown magic into both of their dominant personalities. Meow / Pow are the Master of Eyes of the Chain and lead the spy network and information gathering methods of the army.
