Hamier

Fertile land in the heart of this nation feeds and grows the infrastructure of these lands. There are hardly any food shortages even in a crisis, making the nation harder to be laid siege to in these lands. With this excess in food, they could hold massive armies in times of war. Before King Orin the Peacemaker, it would have been rare for Hamieria to see peaceful times, always battling for something. Now that no war has been waged since, in the Hameria Empire, the people's knowledge of battle was forgotten.

Territories

Noteworthy Cities

Dister. Founded by the Ranger’s Guild first as a military outpost, it soon opened up as a trade port connecting some of the northern tribes for trade. It sits on a small peninsula near the north part of the Jaderule Mountains.

Hamier. Capital city of the empire. Surrounded by fertile lands. Sits on the western coast near the middle of the heartlands.

Pastdon. To the eastern coast a prominent port city that deals with trading to the eastern continent. The city was unknowingly built in a flood plain and after the walls were built a massive flood left half the city in ruins. The region never fully recovered from the flood has turned into marshlands and half the city slowly sinking into the mud.

Rithia. On the Reaper’s Coast law and order are strong in this region. Having most of the citizens have ties with the Hamierian Navy in some way, its citizens live by those codes. They are very harsh with their punishments sending most criminals to the Obsidian Cells.

Winterfrost. To the northern border there is an island in the middle of a frozen lake. It is a very competitive town with different breweries at each other’s throats for having the ‘best’ mead. Mostly inhabited by dwarves.

Foreign Relations

Hamier has strong ties with Onyxia as they had helped establish each other after the Koatal Wars. They are also allied to many of the Orcish Clans after making peace with each other after years of war.
