Hana's Law (Displacement-Dissipation Effect)

Essentially, a rule which states "given the same amount of energy, a Hard Light projection traveling at a higher speed will penetrate a given surface further before dissipating".   Seemingly intuitive, but with less obvious reasoning. Note that the energy which provides a projection's rigidity is provided purely by its owner- these projections by definition cannot follow Newtonian physics, as mass is zero.   The common explanation is that penetration is based on how far the projectile travels in the magical equivalent of the Planck time (which isn't actually constant due to the The Soul-Force Effect using magic that functions based on a reality without conventional physics).
