Portal 11 - Restricted Access
Portal 11 is restricted for the citizens of Junction. Not many wish to use it anyways.
The portal leads to an island that is nothing but a rocky crag in the middle of the ocean. The undead seem to leave this place alone, which in other locations might be enough to make it valuable land, but the island itself always shaking. Earthquakes vary between once an hour to once per day here.
Long term measurements have found that the island is slowly growing, rising a bit more and more out of the sea with each shake of the foundation.
