Portal 10
Portal 10 opened up in a swampy forest in a backwater part of the high elven lands that…no one of any race had any particular claim to. And it might have ended up as nothing more than a dumping ground for Junction.
But the area was also near one of the many tiny bubbles of the Feywild overlapping into the mortal realm. And after a time long by mortal measure but short by geologic, the energies of the Junction portal and the Feywild bubble caused a secondary reaction. The swampy lands around Portal 10 became disconnected with the mortal realm, but didn’t directly shift all the way into Feywild.
Portal 10 now connected to an interdimensional swampy space not part of the Prime, or Feywild. Or the Shadowfell, or any of the other planes associated with the world. And eventually, denizens of each plane found they could navigate to this space. A Fey could only leave via the Fey entrance, a Shadowfell denizen could only come and go through the Shadowfell, and so on.
No one quite knows what was first transaction was here, but in quick measure members of all the planes quickly set up shops and turned every corner of this pocket dimension into the wildest bazaar of the planes. Artifacts and treasures pass hands here at all times, and while a minor lawful neutral deity set up a few archons to keep a relative peace, wonder and danger go hand and hand to any visitor.
The rules are simple, accept them and be granted entry. All belongings on your person become magically bonded so that all currency and items are tracked every step of the way by all parties. So long as you do not break any rules in attempts to swindle, steal or do anything else unsavory - then you needn't worry about the quad-winged armored sentinels with lanterns for heads as they soar above waiting to resolve any issues.
As soon as you accept this agreement and the magical piece bonding, each individual humanoid is equally granted an immediate internal knowledge of the layout of the strange realm and all shops locations as well as what you can find in them. Shops come and go, locations may change - but each entry you are granted the most up to date knowledge.

- Vzani Skiprocks Supplies - A components and potions shop run by the halfling "Uncle Vzani" (Pronounced "Ven-zi")
- Adrice Celestial Wonders - An "antiques" store of sorts, ran by a brother and sister duo. The brother Adrice Summergale is a cleric huckster.
- Mecretia Isutan - Armorer. Clearly the highest quality available in the Bazaar.
