Auriel
Auriel served for the first chunk of his life in The Ebongarde. After the birth of his daughter, Auriel retired in the village of Dalry where he earned his keep as a bartender in the local inn. One fateful day, The Heroes of Gaeleron strolled into town and rented a room at the Inn. Unknown to the village of Dalry, The Heroes of Gaeleron were escorting King Anior, The Younger and his family away from Artis. With the help of Auriel, The Heroes of Gaeleron evacuated the town with no casualties.
After the end of The Gaeleron War, Auriel rejoined The Ebongarde and helped to create the taskforce that Belfyr Gascogne would later take charge of. After New Artis was rebuilt, King Anior assigned Auriel as Ambassador to The Kingdom of Oren where he would earn the trust of King Abram and be named Hand of the King, the most trusted position in the kings court.
