Shelby becomes Empurror of the meow Order

Shelby becomes the new supreme leader of the Meow Order after Mason was captured in the Battle of Aldervale.

After Mason was captured in the Battle of Aldervale, there was fierce power jockeying between the top brass of the Meow Order. This was because there was no clear successor as Mason's chosen successor, Grand Admiral Spookems, had also been captured. As Minister of Propaganda, Shelby used her charm and position to amass allies in the Meow Order and become the Empurror of the Catopian Empire. She was also an opportunist, leveraging other high ranking figure's infighting to sweep in. During Shelby’s time as a leader, she was a weak leader often too focused on her image than the war which caused numerous setbacks durring the Cat Wars. Shelby was also easy to overthrow when Mason returned and executed Order 42 due to her incompetence and handling of the war.
