Kova
Kova is the wizard of her family, chosen form a lottery she got to attend the Mobial academy in her youth, and trained there. She is in her serving the Systems position, but has been called home as her assistance was needed. She is effectively on extended leave, but she still has a few years to pay back to the academy for attending.
