Casting Time: 1 action
Range: 60 ft
Components: V,S,M (glass or crystal dust)

Aurora Arrow
Classes: Ranger, Wizard, Sorcerer
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: self
Components: V, S, M (white crystal or black crystal)
Duration: 1 round
You draw the string of an arcane spawned bow of swirling colors. As the string is drawn back the colors draw into the arrow shape. Make a ranged spell attack with it against a target you can see. This arrow is released towards a target. On a hit, the attack deals 1d4 radiant or necrotic damage instead of piercing (specified by material used). Additionally, a burst of colorful light appears in the area centered on the point the target occupied. This light lasts until the end of your next turn, shedding an aura of bright light in a 5 foot radius, and dim light for an additional 5 feet. An invisible creature in this light is temporarily revealed as the light dances around its silhouette.
If you cast this spell and target a creature standing in light created by this spell, the arrow deals an additional 1d4 radiant damage to the target.
This spell's damage increases when you reach certain levels. At 5th level the ranged attack deals an extra 1d8 radiant/necrotic damage to any target on a hit, and the additional damage the target takes if within this spell's light radius increases to 2d4. Both damage rolls increaseby an additional die at 11th level (2d8 and 3d4), and again at 17th level (3d8 and 4d4).

Cosmic Shroud
Classes: Wizard, Sorcerer
Casting Time: 1 bonus action
Range: touch
Components: V
Duration: 1 hour
You conjure, and gather a cosmic shroud in a material format. This helps you manifest your powers and keep you safe. The shroud fills your space, but does not obstruct your vision or others' view of you under normal circumstances. You manage to have phased into an inbetween state, and attacks made against you while this is used are at disadvantage. You gain +1d6 to Stealth checks.
If the person in the shroud casts a spell, the opponent(s) make an Intelligence saving throw DC 8 + spell attack modifier of the caster, to see if they can ascertain the location of the person in the shroud. On a success the shroud no longer has effect for those opponents, but remains for the entire duration.

Twinkle
Classes: Bard, Cleric, Druid, Sorcerer, Wizard
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: 60 feet
Components: S
Duration: Instantaneous
You create or manipulate lights you can see within range and that fit within a 5-foot cube: You create a small burst of light, providing bright light in a 5-foot radius and dim light for an additional 5 feet until the start of your next turn. You cause a non-magical light to dim until the start of your next turn. An object that usually casts dim light no longer casts light, and an object that casts bright light now casts dim light. You change the color of a light for 1 minute. If you cast this spell multiple times, you can have up to three non-instantaneous effects created by it active at a time, and you can dismiss such an effect as an action.
