The Grithi Syndicate
The tiefling-dominated city of Mabag Pachamel Grith expanded into the power vacuum left behind by the dissolution of the Taorminite Empire, and they have a large area of influence enforced by their powerful navy, including the coastal and riverine areas of Ryth and the cities of Gaal Ind, Ephylla, Garn Bel Pallan and Chaiton Bridge, as well as the area of north Mettye around Lake Soloth.
Individual areas rule according to their ancestral customs, with Grithi 'advisors' who steer their decisions to benefit the Grithi themselves.
