Perrhabia
Perrhabia is the largest and most prosperous elven realm, taking up the entire Perabhth River valley and surrounding plains. They are masters of cultivating and grafting their Tryphaetha-trees, which are legendary for providing every form of produce imaginable, as well as newly invented delights of unearthly deliciousness.
The Perrhabiote elves are highly cultured and civilised, one of the few places on Casiphon that weathered the Breaking of Nations in the Sixth Cycle.
