Jeupaner Cathain
Jeupaners inhabit the smallest of the Cathain regions as well as the hundreds of islands in the southern Eosphorian Ocean, and are also the most isolated of the Cathain. They are less organised than their other cousins, though also larger and more warlike. They are ruled by tribal confederations.
Jeupaners are perceived as very laid-back, and to humans from the Emel Sea region, their homeland is a sunny paradise. They possess a strong warrior and seafaring tradition.
