Fulgor

Fulgor occupies a large plateau riven with deep valleys. The rich black volcanic soil is exceptionally fertile and supports the largest population of dwarves on Casiphon in numerous settlements linked by underground tunnels. The Fulgorine dwarves do a tidy trade in metals and gems in return for goods they are unable to produce themselves.   Modern wonder: the Iron Highways The Fulgorine dwarves are proud trader and travelers, warriors and workmen, who have established a mechanised overland highway (the Ferroviaria Maxima) that reaches the shores of Lake Gyon at Sefton and outposts in the dwarven holds of Nacona, Mantua and Nivelanum. Using metal tracks fixed to the ground, huge trains of iron wagons powered by smoke-belching steam engines convey people and resources quickly from one end of Fulgorine territory to another.
