Erul-Allamin
The Erul-Allamin is a council of clan elders who advise the Erul-Khahen. They may remove the Khahen if they judge him unworthy to rule, and take temporary command in the interregnum until a majority of the Erul tribes elect a new one. There is one Lamin (council member) for each tribe, for a total of 85 tribes.
